Are You An Alpha Warrior?

Alpha Warrior provides training and obstacle fitness for civilians and military around the world.


Physical fitness refers to the ability to physically accomplish all aspects of the mission while remaining healthy and uninjured.


Spiritual fitness refers to the ability to adhere to beliefs, principles or values needed to persevere and prevail in accomplishing missions.


Psychological fitness refers to the ability to effectively cope with the unique mental stressors and challenges needed to ensure mission readiness.


Social fitness refers to the ability to engage in healthy social networks that promote overall well-being and optimal performance.

Alpha Warrior Program

Alpha Warrior designs state-of-the-art fitness apparatus called Battle Rigs and Stations. These multi-station devices enhance functional fitness training in individuals and teams. The Air Force Alpha Warrior Program incorporates the four pillars of Comprehensive Airmen Fitness to achieve resiliency at home and down range.

Alpha Warrior Competition

20 regional competitions – 50 Airmen will advance to the Super Regional (top male/female and fastest five male/female)

5 super regionals – 12 Airmen will advance to the Air Force Final Battle (fastest six male/female times Air Force wide)

1 Air Force Final Battle 12 Sep 19 on the Alpha Warrior Proving grounds at Retama – 6 Airmen will represent the Air Force (Fastest three male/female)

1 Inter-service competition 14 Sep 19 at Retama

All Air Force Active Duty and Reserve personnel permanently assigned to an Air Force Installation are eligible to participate in their regional event.
   •   Reservists must be on official status for Super Regional, Final Battle and Inter-service competition
